Volunteer stewards are a vital part of Warwick Folk Festival’s organisation, handling a huge variety of tasks from checking tickets at festival venues to managing car parking and keeping the site clean. Stewarding is a great way to experience the festival, it’s good fun, with a mixture of lovely people, experienced and brand new to stewarding! And you get to be part of the team that puts together a truly memorable event.
There are a variety of teams and tasks for stewards to do, including checking tickets, giving information, helping backstage, selling programme, setting up and breaking down the festival, campsite duty, collecting alongside the morris, the list is endless! Just tick the ones that appeal on the application form and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. All team have experienced team leaders, and we’re always on the look out for people who want to get even more involved, at the festival or in advance.
In exchange for your time (a minimum of 9 hours over the weekend) we provide a weekend ticket with camping and all the support you need to do a great job and help our customers have a safe and fun festival!
