Stewards information
Stewards are a vital part of Warwick Folk Festival's organisation, handling a huge variety of tasks from checking tickets at festival venues to managing car parking and keeping the site clean. Stewards are all volunteers, and the festival provides a weekend ticket for people who are willing to give up 9 hours of their time over the weekend to perform allocated tasks.
We appreciate the time and energy that Volunteer Stewards are willing to offer us, and we know that many of our regular stewards have a great time being part of a team that puts together a truly memorable event.
NOTE: Duties cannot be guaranteed when application forms from existing Stewards are received after the closing date (14th March).
We are now considering applications from New Stewards.
If you and/or friend(s) would like to steward at this year’s festival, please contact the Admin Office (details in the footer below), or obtain an application form by right-clicking on this link and selecting Save Target As... or Print Target. You can send your application forms in together and ask to work the same shifts if you wish. Similarly, if you have any queries, call the Admin Office or email us using the Stewards address on the Contacts Page
Please make sure you read the Terms & Conditions below before committing to become a volunteer steward.
With the exception of guide dogs, Warwick School does not allow dogs on the Festival site, and we regret the upset and inconvenience this causes to dog owners, but we have to enforce the rule without exception.
All information provided to the Festival will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
